"The Void"

Designed and built as a centerpiece for Hidden Los Angeles Tattoo Art Show at ToolBox LA, this free-standing, sculpture is made from acrylic, steel, and glass, and contains over 300 addressable LEDs, mapped to multiple layers of laser-etched acrylic contained within an infinity mirror, creating a holographic effect that appears to go on forever. The piece contains a wi-fi accessible microcontroller that reacts to sound in its evnironment, making it a perfect fit for lively venues such as live music events, nightclubs, bars, and even more low-key gatherings. The piece stands at 5' tall and 3' wide, and is currently available for purchase or rental.
